Payment:
Payment Method(s) The transactions made to “Chief Bloodshot Modifications'' are only done via the options on the website and Cashapp (via Discord ticket). All payments must be sent in United States Dollars. Failure to provide proof of purchase will result in your models not being delivered.
Refund policy:
All items offered by Chief Bloodshot Modifications are digital. Items are not refundable once the items have been delivered or work has begun.
If you attempt to perform an unauthorized refund or perform a “chargeback” on an item, your membership from Chief Bloodshot Modifications will be terminated.
Distribution:
Files will be sent to you as a FiveM ready asset. If you would like to use these models in singleplayer, you will have to convert the files yourself.
You become a customer of Chief Bloodshot Modifications upon sending payment for an item. It is then your responsibility to protect the items delivered to you.
We do allow donating items to servers, however you are not allowed to transfer ownership. If you want the files removed, the server must take the assets out. If the files are leaked, re-sold, or re-uploaded; and traced back to you, you will be banned.
Do not attempt to claim the files as your own or re-upload them to any point of sale. If you do, you will be banned.
Limitations:
Items sold by Chief Bloodshot Modifications are intended to serve as artistic recreations of the vehicles depicted. The vehicles or any other parts depicted are not sponsored or endorsed by the manufacturer.
Chief Bloodshot Modifications reserves the right to refuse business with any customer that is found to have “leaked” or “stolen” assets/resources in their possession or any other reason that the management team feels fit.
Chief Bloodshot Modifications reserves the right to terminate any in-progress work for any reason that the management team feels fit.
Chief Bloodshot Modifications reserves the right to amend/change these terms at any time and for any reason and without notification.
By purchasing an item from Chief Bloodshot Modifications, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations thereof, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable statutes (“United States”). If you do not agree with any of the aforementioned terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
